MDT MECH TURB Posted March 19, 2008 Report Posted March 19, 2008 '87-88 with Big Al, Sully and Mr Kirkwood. Could never forget the bush camp followed by the Tequila Party. Still can't drink that stuff. Quote
pc12dude Posted March 19, 2008 Report Posted March 19, 2008 Its kinda funny that most of the posts on this thread are, in some part about drinking. Quote
Wiggins Posted March 20, 2008 Author Report Posted March 20, 2008 Its kinda funny that most of the posts on this thread are, in some part about drinking. That's not true. There was a great deal of studying. I even think there was some community service work like taking a Jetbox to Temiscaming on a Sunday when the beer stores in Ontario where closed. Then filling it to the nuts with quart bottles. Quote
autorevs Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 Darn I thought the first course I passed was drinking 101!!!! Quote
Night Hawk Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 Not one mention yet about the nurses res, spent as much time there as the Blue Spruce, and had just as much fun! Quote
VERTICAL REF Posted March 27, 2008 Report Posted March 27, 2008 38 cases of beer loaded into SZY. (has to be a record for a jetranger!) The Temiscaming beer run just prior to our month long stint at White Lake. Had to leave her spinning as we were sitting on the tracks sideways, looking both ways of course. We were not getting paid to fly a helicopter but it was the next best thing. Somedays even better, LOL! Looking for Terry Palmer, Vic Tremblay, Ivan Villeaux. Found the rest of the Canadore Co Co nuts, just looking for these characters! Quote

There was a replay in 84/85 but I wasn't counting cases. Quote
Heliman2 Posted March 30, 2008 Report Posted March 30, 2008 There was a replay in 84/85 but I wasn't counting cases. I was at the base 88-90 on the engineering side. North Bay has changed alot since then.... Quote
ZAPPER68 Posted May 2, 2008 Report Posted May 2, 2008 I'm sorry if this has been posted before but I was wondering how many Vertical forum members where Canadore grads? It could be fun to find out who has been up to no good in N Bay. '72 / '73 along with DGP, Grant Malcolm, Dan Guest, Barry Leduc, Dan Rennie, Ted Wiggan, Sully, the list goes on.....some of us lived to tell the tale. Great times, any idea when the next reunion might be. I'll make that one for sure. ZAPPER Quote
dougphillips Posted September 27, 2012 Report Posted September 27, 2012 79-80 Lang, Sully and Bailey. Had a log cabin on the lake. Most time we were at the Blue Spruce. Not sure how I ended up here. LOL Quote
