I was installing a skid gear aft leaf spring this morning (p/n 350A41-1076-20) after the original one on the machine failed a dimensional check, and went looking for the torque specs to finish installation. I can't find it in the books to save my life. I recall having a similar problem nearly a year ago and believe that I found it listed somewhere (not just the standard torque value for that nut size).

Does anyone know where to find this little nugget of information?

Dial 1-800-ECL-Canada. Call Eurocopter's technical support guys. That way you should get the most accurate info. Don't be afraid, they won't bite!

Excellent advice. Put the boys to work and get the current and correct information for every detail of aircraft maintenance. Never rely on hearsay or memory.
