Canadian Helicopters operates 1 S76 EMS for the province. The RCMP operate out of Moncton. There are some smaller VFR operations. Quote

Universal Helicopters Newfoundland limited, head office based in Goose Bay Labrador. They own approx 20 machines....Longrangers, astars and 407s. One of the oldest helicopter companies in Canada.
