Mark_
There was a video of that floating around here a while ago....spreading lime on the lakes in Sweden to control PH me thinks. Mark
squirlybird
I think I'd use a longer line. Can you imagine the dust bowl when you picked up that load! Lid or no lid on the tank. Otherwise, cool shot. sb
Guest Aggroeitch
I think I'd use a longer line. There's really no need to use any longer line than that. There's no dust when the "bucket" is changed/ picked up. More photos can be found here (including the shot of the bucket pick up); http://www.laroyflyg.se/bilder.htm Aggroeitch
widgeon
is the extreme manouver to ensure you dont suck any on that lime into the turbine ? , I am sure that would really mess up the blades in a short time. I would suspect thy have to wash the whole machine pretty well each day .
