rotrhd1 Posted July 26, 2007 Report Posted July 26, 2007 There were a few posts on here a while back about the best duffle type luggage available for sale on the internet. I've searched the forums but can't find the posts. Anybody remember seeing that discussion here? I looked into the recommendations at the time but, unfortuanately, it was on another computer and I didn't take down the sites. RH1. Quote

teabagger Posted July 26, 2007 Report Posted July 26, 2007 Go here for the bag that will survive the airport or the back of a seismic truck and keep your stuff dry when you have to toss it in the bush on a job site for the day in the driving rain or blowing snow. It's called the On Sight Tamarac Duffle. Trust me you'll like it. www.mec.ca/Products/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524442588899&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302699795&bmUID=1185478826829 Quote
seamus32 Posted July 27, 2007 Report Posted July 27, 2007 Check out www.seallinegear.com the "zip duffle" is stupidly waterprrof and tough, or the basecamp duffle by northface (not quite as skookum) but still does the job. look up Valhalla Pure Outfitters they carry lots of good bags along with other good equipment. sparkfarmer Posted July 27, 2007 Report Posted July 27, 2007 I've been traveling with a Dakine bag from coast mountain sports and it's treated me well. The bag opens like a book so everything is easy to get at without unpacking. Quote
