Worked for Bob and Frank for two seasons. What a ride. I sure came away a different pilot. Sorry they're gone. Aviation is much less interesting as a result.

I remember the big red Sikorsky with a big comfy couch in the cargo area and a library shelf with philosophy books by Bertrand Russell  This was the summer of 1980 doing prospecting lines for tantalum for Cominco, with Peter the New zealand geologist. Best summer job I ever had. I thought the pilot was Viet vet  but the memory might be hazy.
