grover Posted April 17, 2006 Report Posted April 17, 2006 Hi, not looking for the exams, just sames exam style questions. Usually there are sample exams floating about, I'd just like to get in the mindset to write the blasted things.. thanks Quote
gwk Posted April 17, 2006 Report Posted April 17, 2006 Grover, I highly recommed you spend the money and buy the culhane ATP course books. It,s been years since I wrote, but they have good exams at the back, and they are an easy read. Cheers Quote
Helilog56 Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 Grover.....better than Culhane is Phil's (Coucher) Canadian Proffesional Pilot Studies......i believe his website is Electrocution Technical Publications.....Phil has put all the material required in one easy to read book for about $90 bucks....it is an excellent guide. Also give Chinook Helicopters a call if you are on the west coast.....they can help Quote
grover Posted April 18, 2006 Author Report Posted April 18, 2006 Thanks to both of you for your recommendations Quote
Phil Croucher Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 Thanks for the comments, Helilog - you are obviously a reader! There is a helicopter-specific version coming out soon, and there are some free questions on my website - www.electrocution.com/aviation. It would appear that the mistakes that prompted me to write them in the first place have not been corrected in the other stuff, after all these years (from a recent flying school report). I am also developing a generic pilot question book, rather than do one for each country - should be ready in a couple of months - so far I have 6000 questions. All based on the questions I am setting up for the UAE. PM me for any details cheers Phil Quote
hurler Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 FYI I have some exam question if you like. PM only. The Hamra is the tough one. Haron so bad. Did them both , INRAT is the toughest. H Quote
