ABQ Approach Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 300C model: $532.25 300CBI: $430.00 2 different models...kinda like the difference between AS350BA and AS350-B3 Huh? 412...are your playing with me or tell me what the real difference is that would warrant the price difference. They both carry the same amount of passengers right? Quote
412driver Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 i don't fly a-stars but i believe that one carries a bigger payload than the other... the 300C model has a higher operating cost and higher load capability............. Quote

volition Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 Wow!!! Prices are crazy expensive in Canada. Quote
Skidz Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 The 300C is a left-side PIC 3 seater...Well not really, more like a 2½ seater. The middle seat is pretty narrow. I've gotten a 280lb Santa Clause and and "elf" in there though... The 300C has a max gross weight of 1900-2100lbs (depending on the revision), whereas the CB is limited to 1750. Say Rob, whats the max gross on the CBi ? Quote

412driver Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 GW 1750 on the CBi our a/c are right seat PIC therefore NO middle seat. 2 seater only. there are some left seat PIC versions out there that will give you the option of a 3rd seat. of course if you go that route you need to insure another seat thus costs go up and then guess what???????
