Puddle Jumper
This must be a joke......I'm sure it isn't this difficult to find a candidate to make a flight instructor. I seriously wonder if this is a joke. If not sign me up! I have a commercial license, maintenance training almost complete and I have a little experience working in the industry! But no I seriously wonder if this is real!

Reddog
If it is real, check the fine print. What happens if you don't finish the course in minimum time? What happens if that "anticipated" position does not appear? Etc. Etc.
arctic_front
hmmmmmmm, if its too good to be true, it probably isn't. That aside, and it is true, does the word EXPLOITATION mean anything to you? something to think about. What other industry can offer a full-time job and offer no income? Only in aviation you say? Pity! I hope i'm wrong... but it's happened before.
Klipper
Be very, very carefull. There are a ton of low time pilots out there that would jump at this chance. It seems to me he wants your money right from the get go. Besides what is he going to do to get you to the 250hr mark that you need to get an instructors rating?? Helilog56
Jeez....are they that desperate to get attention and students into their school that they had to resort to a cheezy (sleazy) ad like that.......
Reddog
You know, if we had a Canadian helicopter pilot's assoc. it would be so easy to check this kind of sh*t out and put a stop to it.

Ryan
I'd bet the student is made to sign a contract that if they aren't able to return as an instructor in X amount of time they are made to pay for the training in full. Gainfull employment as they put it could mean anything. Sweeping someone's hanger floor is gainfull employment if there is the chance for advancement. It also says that they expect you to "come back" when you have the time required for Instructor Training. So they aren't saying they'll get you a job with them, or that the job you do get will even be a flying position. Doubt there is a company out there who'll take the time/money to train a low time pilot, knowing that pilot has plans to walk out after getting 250 hours under his/her belt. The whole pitch has been very carefully worded. Very fishy.
