Some disgruntled employees there I keep hearing terrible travel flights, maintenance issues, no schedule 412 and a few Superpuma sure seems like they are growing is it all IFR guys? Killjoy Posted February 27 Report Posted February 27 Disgruntled employees everywhere all the time. Custom pays well, on time. Benefits aren't all that good. They are also good at giving low timers a chance. Even in their IFR program. Quote

I worked there for 4 years and only left because of better pension (which I left for time home). Custom is a good company, if you want to work you can, equal time roster, no BS pay, salary the whole way. Pension plan better than none, good-ish benefits package. If you wan't special work they have it, if you want simpole they have that. AND they take junior guys and put them in working seats quick-ish. If I wanted to be away more, I'd go back in an instant. 2 1 Quote
