I read that too... and this morning on Vertical's youtube channel, they feature Hillsboro's H145 in firefighting application. Which will it be?? Dauphin or 145.. will  be interesting indeed... are not both Airbus models now??

It doesn't matter who owns the aircraft...... it is still the OMNR that is running the circus.

Medium. How do you Canadians categorize medium helicopters?

From other sources:
Light<6000 lbs

Intermediate ?

Medium 6000-12500

Heavy > 12500

But the 139 at 15000 is considered a 14 seat "Medium" in Canada is it not? Is the 189 a "Medium" at 18300?
