There is a company in Manitoba selling software and gear to turn almost any RC plane into your own personal UAV. Comes complete with a GPS receiver, and is capable of autonomous launch and recoveries. Pretty cool I think, but also kinda scarey...though I'm sure someone somewhere is tracking just who their customers are.
