When they stop hiring, this is what happens.

There are so few helicopter people left, and nobody wants to join due to low pay, and lack of actual flying.

Almost like that large personnel cuts done early in the 2010's did some damage...

This has zero to do with cuts. Transport Canada has been in bad shape for years. It truly is sad most of these people where good people until they got some authority then them just went sideways. That’s what happens when you give people authority and don’t supervise them.

I have heard many stories from the inside and I can confirm them all. TC is a joke…
