The agency said Kindrat was charged after he arrived at the North Portal border crossing with a Rotorway Exec helicopter he said was worth $9,000 US. Officers became suspicious when it appeared the bill of sale had been altered. An investigation determined the actual purchase price was $26,995 US. Quote
