Are there more job postings out there this year compared to normal?

 

Seems like a lot of organization are looking, and would agree with V-ref, most want longline and medium. 10 years ago this would have been unheard of, you needed a letter from the big guy to even get near a 2X5.

could it be that the pilot shortage i heard so much about when it trained is starting to become more of an issue? seems like people everywhere are hurting for drivers which may give some of the new fellas/fillies more opportunities (?).
