Blackmac Posted August 28, 2011 Report Posted August 28, 2011 3 adults, 1 child. Horrible news. Condolences to all involved. http://www.thestar.c...ts-1-child?bn=1 http://www.cbc.ca/ne...pter-crash.html Having read the posts by some of the experts I would agree with 3per. In all my years flying helicopters I have never met a PILOT who got on board a helicopter and said I'm going to kill everybody on-board. I would suggest that you keep any observations that you might have, to your self. Condolences to all involved. Don Mc Dougall 2 Quote
SuddenStop Posted August 28, 2011 Report Posted August 28, 2011 RIP to those who perished, and special thoughts go out to the young child who likely did not know the potential consequences of rotory flight. The child has suffered the greatest loss. 2 Quote

SuddenStop Posted August 29, 2011 Report Posted August 29, 2011 FWIW is is being reported as an R44. Does anyone have daylight times for that area? it reports the accident as 11pm. I know at my home is is dark for a couple hours by then, but I'm not sure for that area. Quote
