Mike Reyno Posted April 13, 2011 Report Posted April 13, 2011 More info on the Helicopters NZ acquisition, including financial statements. CHL Announcement We will be following up on this one, including what this means for Cougar. I think it's fair to say that CHL is finding that it can do better on the international scene then in the VFR market here in Canada. Quote
R22Captain Posted April 13, 2011 Author Report Posted April 13, 2011 well my stocks are up...so thumbs up! But yes will be interesting with the Cougar involvement. Quote
__________ Posted April 13, 2011 Report Posted April 13, 2011 well my stocks are up...so thumbs up! But yes will be interesting with the Cougar involvement. I thought Cougar had a joint venture with HNZ, So I doubt Cougar will be going anywhere however kind of Ironic. It will definitely be interesting to see what happens. Either way you look at it this will be great for either company and hopefully will open up some more opportunities internationally for more Canadian pilot's. I know I'm getting sick of the cold winters. Quote

It will definitely be interesting to see what happens. I believe, but could be wrong on this, that HNZ and Cougar are joint partners in the company known as HNZ (Australia) or Helicopters Australia. If that is the case, then I suppose it means that now CHL and Cougar are the two partners in the Australia division.... Quote
Mike Reyno Posted April 14, 2011 Report Posted April 14, 2011 An interesting way to get into the offshore sector. But a long way to go in order to do it. Quote
