WTF_was_that
The emergco lines with the electrical cord inside the line work great. Far superior to being taped on, or inside a cover. Keep them in a bag and clean, and they will last for years. Dirt is the enemy of a spectra line. For special use the electric inside may not work, like a bag runner or carousel. Spectra lines make placing a hook in someones hand, way easier. with no weight to them the hook just hangs there, movement from above is not passed on to the hook. sirlandsalot
We worked orderd several ne "BARRY" lines, they where the prettiest lines I had ever seen but each one of them broke many times. "Broke" as in the electrical lines would crack internaly, and the the connectors would break as they are very cheap. ALL the zippers broke on the sheaths at each end. A LOT of problems with all brand new lines from BARRY.
MMike
I'm just curious.... Is there a "de facto" line that everyone uses? Like most people use Bambi buckets right? Is there a brand where it's just weird if someone is NOT using it?
Freefall
Whatever you get make sure you ask them to put a couple different sized pear rings in the top loop. They weigh less than clevaces and are easier to use. They can't be added in after the line is made though and many companies need to be told to include it. Skids Up
They can't be added in after the line is made though and many companies need to be told to include it. Isn't it sad that they (suppliers) haven't clued into this by now? You would think they would at least ask beforehand...
