I wrote in the safety thread that SMS had been resolved. TC has decided to make SMS a regulation so that they can bypass parliament. HAC and HEPAC had submitted proposals re ISM and SMS. These proposals can now be used in the washroom for you know what. With SMS now a regulation, the operator now has control of the whole shebang.
