skullcap Posted September 11, 2009 Report Share Posted September 11, 2009 We did a little golf stuff in Canmore years ago where we stopped at Pigeon Mtn for first tee off at around 7000'. The customer had made up wooden golf balls and the first tee was good for quite a drive, not much horizontal but a long way down. Then we took them to Kananaskis Golf course. T-rex Posted September 11, 2009 Report Share Posted September 11, 2009 Hovering the Jet box over the last hole in Kimberley BC with about 800 numbered golf balls on board in 5 gallon buckets, trying to get a hole in one for some lucky individual which the prize was a fridge full of beer. Even with that may balls the Engineer couldn't pull off the task of a 'hole in one' so they had to settle for 'closest to the hole' anyways it was all for charity! Them where the days...
