I should add that I can see how a reporter could hear it in incorrectly if maybe the pilot was ejected during the crash. But have some common sense.

Perhaps the pilot "was" ejected from the aircraft.

The media got it wrong would be my quess and just like everyone else its a guess. How about we wait til we find out what happened, as maybe the media should. Remember when it comes to reporting half of what they say is wrong and the rest they just make up.
