Guest plumber Posted February 27, 2009 Report Posted February 27, 2009 Just wondering with the slow down in the industry or if you were too lose your medical what skills would you be able to rely on if you were unable to fly? My name on here speeks for itself. ( God forbid I have to go back smelling like other peoples crap ) I've worked with guys who would be screwed if they had to start over. Some would even get the crap pounded out of them if they brought their holyer than thou attitude to a construction sight or a burger king for that matter. Quote
Guest plumber Posted February 27, 2009 Report Posted February 27, 2009 I know, good thing spelling isn't a pre-req to being a plumber Quote
hookweight78 Posted February 27, 2009 Report Posted February 27, 2009 I'd be going back to driving truck provided i could still pass a drivers medical. And if not able to pass a drivers medical then possibly ground operating (spent half a dozen years pilot operating). Quote
Max Continuous Posted February 27, 2009 Report Posted February 27, 2009 R 22 I love it! Now that I think about it ...it won't be much different than what I've been doing for the last 20 years. I just won't use my hands and feet as much! Or maybe not...maybe there's a niche market out there! Max Quote
Blackmac Posted February 27, 2009 Report Posted February 27, 2009 Actually once you are a HELI-WHORE you can be screwed by anybody, so join the circle or better still form a circle. Enjoy, Don :eye: :jerry:  :blur: :prop: :boff: Quote

splitpin Posted February 27, 2009 Report Posted February 27, 2009 I've always thought the ideal job to fill in those helicopter slack times is grow "grass" in the summer and run a house of ill-repute during the winter. I tried it once but went broke as I ended up eating the profits. :D Quote
