Dan
I was in Ottawa this morning and seen an American S76 doing some vertical takeoffs in the testing area at the National Research site at YOW. She had different exhaust stacks than the A, B, C model. Anybody have any info on it?
CTD
Looked like a B model to me. Don't know what they're doing, but could easily find out if you need to know.
Dan
Not important, just curious.....
Bruised Armpit
I saw a picture of this AC too, and we did a search of the N number. It is listed as a "B" with a tempoary certificate. I agree that the exhaust stacks didn't look like a "B", but the photo was inconclusive. It did have a long pitot tube extending from the front...the kind you usually see on test aircraft. curious.....
Dan
I have a picture of it. I'll try to add the photo later.
