Translation Posted November 6, 2008 Report Posted November 6, 2008 Read an impressive article in a Canadian magazine regarding a new helicopter operator in Fort St John. They talk about how vibrant the industry is there, and even though there are six companies in business, the new company says they have customers coming to their door, partly because they are locally owned, have new machines, and high time pilots. Is it really " booming" in Fort St John, making it that simple to be successful in a helicopter business with so much other competition? Gutsy move nonetheless! Quote

VFA-136 Posted November 6, 2008 Report Posted November 6, 2008 Vortex- I have a great business idea. I could hire the B2 for 1090/hr, then use it for my customers for say 1600/hr. It would be "win-win" for everyone!!!! I think everyone needs to consider the source of the "interview" when deciding what is "truth" and what is #$%&*^%$ Quote

maxtorqe Posted November 7, 2008 Report Posted November 7, 2008 I kinda like the way a new kid on the block goes and throws a twist on things. Mind you I love stirring the pot too, makes the days go by ahhaha Q: When you are rolling the machine out the door do you ask the boss how much hes getting for it or do you just get in and go? Quote
RonnyRotor Posted November 7, 2008 Report Posted November 7, 2008 Sounds to me like there are some really good pilots/salesmen that have buffalo-ed someone with alot of money . I wish the guy with the money alot of luck. Quote
