transquebecniece Posted June 22, 2008 Report Posted June 22, 2008 So very sad. My condolences, too. Quote
Blackmac Posted June 22, 2008 Report Posted June 22, 2008 My condolences to all involved and I'm sure the CBAA will have to respond as to why an Audit was not carried out to prevent such an occurrence. Our esteemed NDP MP colleague from BC seems to figure that any accident can be prevented as long as an audit is carried out. Good Luck. Don Quote
