Luckily you still need a valid Canadian AME license. There are countries with reciprocal agreements but they also demand higher salaries.

When you post a job ad, please include salary ranges with actual numbers.
Everyone has a job already, there's no surplus, people aren't going to apply if you don't offer something better than what they have now.
And this is exactly why the online space is a complete mess.

My rule is that if there is no salary range listed then it's not enough and not worth wasting time with.

It's 12hr shifts days and nights 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am.
Since ems operations are 24/7/365 you will be scheduled at possibly any of the 365 days of the year.
It might not be as structured as chasing fires or bowing to the whim of exploration customers but the benefits and pension sure are nice.
